Venture Way Apartments

Description

Construction of the Venture Way residential rental apartments located in Gibson, British Columbia. 

This four-storey building, which includes 54 residential rental units, also includes more than ten commercial, work and living spaces on the ground floor, as well as additional storage.

Features

A fast-track project

The project was executed over a period of one year, from the signature of the contract to the completion of the erection of the superstructure on site. This includes the Chief Engineer’s mandate, general drawings, detailing, fabrication and installation. 

A difficult site to access

Because of the remote location accessible by ferry only, the delivery of the components was quite a challenge. In addition, finding local labour in these difficult times was another big challenge.
