The Robinson Apartments

Description

Construction of The Robinson Revere Beach Apartments (656 Ocean Avenue), a building consisting of 230 units. The project is located on the oceanfront of Revere, Massachusetts. It is a nine-level multi-residential Hambro structure constructed above a four-storey indoor parking.

Features

Very space-restricted job site right next to the ocean front requiring precise coordination and well-planned erection. The structure erection was quite difficult due to heavy winds from the Atlantic Ocean. Despite weather challenges and site conditions, the project was completed on time and on budget.
