Three story 116,000-ft.2 Self Storage Facility
Canam delivered a high end self storage facility, designed and built with a design-assist, supply and install solution for the entire structural steel package and exterior Insulated Metal Panels envelope.
The project presented several challenges, among which: maintaining the clear height between floors and respecting the unique design loads.
Canam’s early involvement allowed it to provide significant Design-assist input both for the structural steel and IMP’s.
