Central Distribution Centre

Description

Construction of a Central Distribution Centre in Londonderry, one of the largest distribution centres built in the State of New Hampshire.

This centre was built for a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products. It includes a warehouse, a two-storey office building, conference rooms and other amenities.

Features

A megastructure

The entire structure, consisting of 2,340 tons of steel, is supported on load-bearing precast concrete wall panels. 

An accelerated schedule

The schedule was accelerated by two weeks at the client’s request.

Area: 73,400 m² (790,000 ft.²), the size of 11 football fields
