Aspen Heights Retirement Residence

Description

Construction of the Aspen Heights Retirement Residence in Calgary, Alberta, a home for independent supportive living, assisted living and memory care. This project was completed in partnership with ReSolve Project Management.

The five-storey building includes 182 independent units as well as a pool, theater, chapel, private dining room and other amenities.

The Hambro D500 composite floor system was ideal for this type of structure due to its fire resistance and acoustic properties, providing a quiet life for the 182 units residents.
