Totalling 31,528 square feet (2,929 square meters), this building includes standard and D500 joists, steel deck, load-bearing steel stud walls and the Hambro composite floor system.

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here is a photo of the concrete pour that goes into the Hambro D500 composite floor system.

Its fire resistant properties as well as its increased soundproofing make it a preferred choice for this type of building.

Load-bearing steel stud wall panels are shop-fabricated and arrive at the job site with the required openings for windows and doors. These make the erection of the steel structure much easier.

Another great project signed Hambro by Canam!
